Return & Exchange Policy
At FETSIVE, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Sale items, accessories (such as jewelry or hats), and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned unless faulty.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Order Number
Reason for return
Photos of the product (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions and the return address.
3. Return Shipping Costs
For returns not caused by quality issues (such as sizing or preference), customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, including customs duties if applicable.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items received, FETSIVE will cover the return shipping costs. Please provide photos or videos as evidence.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
PayPal: 3–5 business days
Credit/Debit Card: 5–15 business days (depending on your bank)
Shipping fees and any duties/taxes paid are non-refundable, except for faulty or incorrect items.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please process a return first, then place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Received the wrong item or something defective? We're truly sorry! Please reach out to [email protected] immediately with:

Description of the issue
Clear photos or a short video of the issue
We’ll prioritize your request and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
7. Order Cancellations & Changes
Want to change or cancel your order? Please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours or if the order has already been packed/shipped, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
8. Return Address
The return address will be provided via email upon your return request approval. Please do not return products without prior authorization.
